I extend to the readers of L'Osservatore Romano, to the faithful of Rome and to the pilgrims who have come from all over the world my most cordial welcome on the day of the Beatification of Pope John Paul II. May this celebration of faith be a precious opportunity to open the doors to Christ and a pressing invitation to live, with the new Blessed’s generosity, the Gospel of Love.
