PLENARY ASSEMBLY 2002

  

The XXIV Plenary Assembly of the Pontifical Council "Cor Unum" took place on February 5-8, 2002 in the Vatican. The theme was: "The Year of Volunteers: A Challenge for the Mission of the Church".

 The documents which follow include Speech of our Holy Father, Pope John Paul II to our Members, a summary of the Opening Remarks, by the President, Archbishop Paul Josef Cordes, a Presentation by Professor Fr. Antonio Maria Sicari: "Volunteers: Their Dynamic Force in the Church's Apostolate" as well as the Closing Remarks of the Assembly.
