1. It is necessary to request the tags for the personal luggage and to list the professional equipment eventually included in the personal luggage .

2. Journalists admitted to the Papal Flight, having to bring additional luggage containing professional equipment for particular professional needs, are kindly requested to consign this form, listing the pieces of said luggage (keeping it at the most possible minimum), indicating the number of additional pieces , along with a detailed description of the content of every additional piece.

3. For computers, satellite telephones, recorders, etc. it is requested to indicate the brand and the type; for the photographic and television equipment also the serial number.

Please date, sign (in case of consignment by hand, by post or by telefax) and consign this form to the Accreditation Office of the Holy See Press Office, Via della Conciliazione 54, ROMA, not later than Saturday 26 May 2001 at 12 noon.

to commit oneself to respecting
the admittance conditions of the Papal Flight

MI IMPEGNO A:
- partire da Roma e tornare a Roma con l'Aereo Papale;
- seguire i percorsi interni programmati;
- pernottare negli alberghi prenotati;
- saldare i conti-spesa relativi al biglietto aereo presso le Agenzie delle Compagnie aeree a Roma; ai percorsi interni programmati ed eventualmente non inclusi nel biglietto aereo; agli alloggi e vitto; a tutti i servizi;
- osservare le disposizioni riguardanti i bagagli.

I COMMIT MYSELF:
- to leave from Rome and to return to Rome with the Papal Plane;
- to follow the internal routes scheduled;
- to stay overnight at the hotels reserved;
- to settle the accounts for the plane ticket with the airline companies in Rome; for the internal transportation arranged, in those cases not included in the ticket mentioned above; for hotel reservations and bills; for all services;
- to observe the regulations regarding the luggage.

JE M'ENGAGE À:
- partir de Rome et retourner à Rome dans l'Avion Papal;
- suivre les parcours locaux au programme;
- loger dans les hôtels où les réservations ont été effectuées;
- payer les sommes dues pour: le billet d'avion délivré par les agences de Rome; les frais de transport pour les parcours locaux, eventuellement non compris dans le billet d'avion délivré a Rome; les frais de séjour (notes d'hôtel); autres services;
- observer les règles prévues pour le transport des bagages.

ME COMPROMETO A:
- partir de Roma y volver a Roma en el Avión Papal;
- participar en los recorridos internos programmados;
- pernoctar en los hoteles reservados al efecto;
- abonar el costo del billete de avión de ida y vuelta, en las compañias de Roma; de los posibles recorridos internos programados, no incluídos en el billete anterior; del alojamiento y manutención; y demás servicios del viaje;
- cumplir las disposiciones referentes al equipaje.

ICH VERPFLICHTE MICH:
- mit dem Papstflugzeug von Rom weg und nach Rom zurückzureisen;
- den lokalen geplanten Routen zu folgen;
- in den reservierten Hotels zu übernachten;
- folgende Kosten zu übernehmen: die Kosten für das von den Flugbüros in Rom ausgestellten Flug ticket; die geplanten lokalen Transporte, welche möglicherweise nicht in dem in Rom ausgestellten Flug ticket inbegriffen sind; die Hotelkosten; alle anderen anfallenden Kosten;
- die Regeln betreffend das Gepäck zu beachten.

EU ASSUMO O COMPROMISSO DE:
- sair de Roma e voltar a Roma com o Avião Papal;
- seguir os percursos internos programados;
- pernoitar nos Hoteis reservados;
- pagar as contas-despesas relativas à passagem de avião junto das Agências das Companhias aéreas em Roma; aos percursos internos programados e eventualmente não incluidos na passagem de avião; à hospedagem e refeições; à todos os serviços;
- observar as disposições no que diz respeito à bagagem.
