SUMMARY

♦ FINAL LIST OF PROPOSITIONS

♦ FINAL LIST OF PROPOSITIONS

The Final List of Propositions of the Eleventh Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops, official text in Latin, the object of personal voting by the Synodal Fathers, is destined to the Supreme pontiff, to whom it will be duly handed in. This text, by its nature, is reserved and will not be published to respect the consultive characteristic of the Synod Assize. This text, in fact, has a propositional characteristic.

Through the benevolent decision of the Holy Father Benedict XVI, on this occasion, he allows a version in the Italian language, provisory, officious and not official, done by the Secretary General of the Synod of Bishops, which will be published in the Holy See Press Office Bulletin.

As concerns this, we would like to point out, once again, that the Propositions are a moment during a long process of the Synod, open to eventual promulgation in a pontifical document. This does not exhaust the richness of the contributions in the Lineamenta, the Instrumentum laboris, the Disceptatio in aula, which began with the Relatio ante Disceptationem and which ended with the Relatio post Disceptationem and the Message (Nuntius). The task of the Working Groups allowed the elaboration of the Synodal consensus, in a climate of intense episcopal communion cum Petro and sub Petro through mutual listening, even in the immediacy of spontaneous discussion.

The unofficial version in Italian was published in the plurilingual and Italian editions of the Bulletin.
