On behalf of all the Knights and Dames of the Holy Sepulchre, world-wide, and on my own behalf, permit me to extend heartfelt and prayerful solidarity with the French people and, surely with our fellow Catholics of France.

May the Lord give you the spiritual strength and resolve to shoulder this cross, and may Our Lady, Notre Dame, offer her motherly comfort and intercession.

Our prayers continue for the victims and their families. May God's mercy be shown to the departed whose lives were taken by this diabolical attack.
